We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $100 placed online. However, there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping, which is not covered by Duncan Gift Shop. The following shipping costs apply:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Online orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship out to you; however, we work to make sure we can ship same day. We will contact you if it will be longer than this. After the order is shipped it can take between 2-5 business days for standard shipping! If you need it sooner, please select expedited shipping a checkout. Expedited orders placed by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same day; after 3:00pm CST expedited orders will be shipped the following business day! 

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, therefore please allow extra time for orders placed on a weekend day. If you need urgent assistance on a weekend day, please reach out to us at hello@duncangiftshop.com.
