We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $75 placed online. However there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping, which is not covered by Duncan Gift Shop. The following shipping costs apply:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Online orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship out to you, however, we work to make sure we can ship same day. We will contact you if it will be longer than this. After the order is shipped it can take between 2-5 business days for standard shipping! If you need it sooner, please select expedited shipping a checkout. Expedited orders placed by 3:00pm CST will be shipped the same day; after 3:00pm CST expedited orders will be shipped the following business day! 

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, therefore please allow extra time for orders placed on a weekend day. If you need urgent assistance on a weekend day, please reach out to us at brittany@duncanrxcenter.com.
